MA Fitness Kickboxing specializes in fitness kickboxing, strength training, weight loss and flexibility to help you move from average or below average fitness to the best version of yourself! Matt bring knowledge from sports team training and COBRA self defense to help people reach their goals and stay safe. He is an MMA Conditioning specialist (NASM) and college graduate in Kinesiology and Community Health education.
