We strive to make everyone feel welcome, seen, and heard by personalizing the class for who shows up.
We emphasize breath and alignment in our classes as we find that this is the key to optimal well-being.
All our classes are SLOW to allow you time to align your body.
We challenge you at whatever level you are ready for. Sometimes that means showing you how to go further and sometimes we will guide you in how to back off a bit.
We can work with injuries and limitations in the body to allow you to participate at your capacity. A private session might be in order to get to know you and your body better so that we can help you better in class.
In addition to yoga, we offer holistic occupational therapy services and yoga therapy with Stacy Renz, OTR/L, and massage and ayurvedic services with Barry Cooper, LMT. Find a full list of services provided under Private Services.
