Yoga Studio

We are a Pilates, barre and yoga studio in one great location. We offer private, semi-private and small group classes for Pilates & Yoga. Xtend barre classes are all level, no tutus required or experience. All Pilates instructors are comprehensively trained. The studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment. Nice open space with a lot of natural light, in a historic building, right next to Squeeze Juice.

At Body Aligned we believe that Pilates is for life! It’s not just an isolated hour of physical activity. Pilates is accessible to all ages, all fitness levels, and even for pre and postnatal clients or for injury prevention and recovery. Pilates will improve your core strength, flexibility as well as your coordination and stability.

Strengthen, lengthen and stretch your body for a lean and chiseled dancer’s body, without the added bulk in barre classes.

Refresh your mind and body and take time to reconnect with yoga. Relax, breathe and enjoy the practice of yoga

The precision of Pilates movements and breath control also will help improve your concentration, balance, coordination and overall well-being.

Natalie is a Certified Polestar Pilates instructor trained under the direction of Shelly Power and Brent Anderson and a PMA member. She incurred a back injury at a crucial time in her life and with several years of Pilates training for herself as a form of rehabilitation, she decided to help others heal themselves with this powerful and mindful exercise. Adding 15 years of ballet studies and performance, her passion for movement and proper alignment brought her to study Pilates for dancers and loves to apply her knowledge towards her clientele.

She has received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Montreal, Canada, and studied at the College of Osteopathy in Montreal. Today you can find Natalie Swing dancing and Lindy Hop or teaching Xtend barre classes!
