I have a true understanding of the human body’s mechanics. My philosophy is to train your body to have balance, while increasing your body’s endurance in order to create greater strength. You will achieve this by properly exercising all the muscles groups in your body along with a healthy diet. I like working with a diverse group of clients, from those that just want to get healthy again and shed a few pounds to athletes that want to enhance their performance injury free.
