Basia Toczek, M.A., NTP, CNHP, RYT is a holistic health and wellness coach, certified nutritionist, certified life and mental health coach, registered yoga and mindfulness meditation facilitator and certified Tibetan Bowl sound healer. She also has her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a professor at two local universities where she teaches various psychology, wellness, therapy, and statistics courses. Her true passion is supporting others on their wellness journey. She is a big believers that we all have the profound ability to heal ourselves with the right education, nutrition, rest, and social support. Basia opened the doors of Mindful Way to wellness with the desire and goal to do just that, help other heal themselves while having access to affordable holistic health supporting services that help each individual heal in the way that is right for their needs.
