Jill P.Business Owner
Jill has lived in Pinellas County since 1975 and has been a resident of the beaches for over fifteen years. She worked in the insurance and financial services industries for more than 25 years. In addition to pursuing her passion for yoga, she serves as President and is actively involved in the Suncoast Porsche Club of America. After having studied and practiced a broad spectrum of yoga disciplines and with many teachers both locally and internationally known, Jill primarily teaches in the Iyengar tradition of yoga which focuses on technique (alignment), sequence (varying the sequencing to bring about changes to the whole being), and timing (movement with awareness). She became a believer in yoga when she was able to completely manage chronic sciatica through her personal practice and noticed that maintaining a daily yoga practice had transformed her life.
