Quality Martial Arts

Quality Martial Arts offers a variety of programs suited to fit the varieties of people.  Our main martial arts curriculum is based around the Korean art of Tae Kwon Do, the way of the foot and fist. Tae Kwon Do builds confidence, fosters discipline, develops responsibility, increases awareness, and cultivates a sense of accountability. This style is founded on the tenants of Tae Kwon Do: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.Training in the martial arts is a great way for children to learn to handle everyday challenges. It can help with learning to deal with anger as well as learn to handle tough situations, such as bullying or peer-pressured. At Quality Martial Arts, we equip children and adults with important life skills that make them well-prepared for the unexpected while enhancing confidence.
Established in 2009.Quality Martial Arts was established in 2009 under Master Martin Hayes and his Senior Instructors with the focus of family and comfort. With 10+ years training in the martial arts together, the Senior Instructors developed a curriculum and atmosphere to help everyone develop confidence in themselves and their marital arts skills in a comfortable environment where everyone feels welcome. With 59 years of cummulative experience between them upon opening, The Family has come together to offer premier training and skills to ages 3 and up.
