So, Where do you start?
In this yoga community we practice Ahimsa (non-violent communication)
and do not label classes “beginner” or “advanced”;
instead we invite ALL Yogis, serious and just curious, to ALL classes…
Check the Sweat Level for each class for preview of what to expect.

Sweat Level n/a: Yin, Restorative or Nidra: these classes are based in relaxation and meditation and done mostly on the recline; like a cross between taking a nap and a gentle yoga class.

Sweat Level * Gentle and Calming: these Slow Flow classes are perfect for newbies of any age and ability, and anyone who needs a DEEP stretch.

Sweat Level ** Energetic and Awakening: we are movin’ a little faster now! Expect to flow! These Vinyasa classes are easily modified to be easier for those who are just beginning or harder for those who like more of a challenge!

Sweat Level *** Dynamic and Challenging: Expect to sweat! These Power classes have intense focus on breath and proper alignment. Innovative flows, strength building holds and balances, courage inducing inversions, and power generating core conditioning.

Hey! I am so glad you are here… welcome to my studio.  I hope you like it :). With some help from my friends and this awesome Seminole Heights yoga kula I created this space for you!  A place where ALL yogis (the serious and the just curious) can come to ALL classes.
This is a non competitive space so please feel welcome to CTFO and let that shit go… no one here cares if you have the newest Lulus or can rock handstand.  Instead we celebrate yoga tradition and a variety of spiritual paths without taking ourselves too seriously by creating fun classes that are geared toward your modern lifestyle and western bodytype.

Spiritually F.L.Y (first love yourself) Yoga Teacher.  I offer yoga sequences that will rock your socks off, sculpt your abs, ass and arms, stretch your body and your preconceived notions. In my power classes I offer core centered alignment tips that will help you F.L.Y. into arm balances you never thought you could do, inspirations to be your most authentic self and breathwork for integrating the strong body and peaceful mind.
