At CrossFit Imbue all classes are approximately one hour and have been designed to provide you with maximum results. You will find a welcoming community of members who are executing constantly varied, functional movements which are performed at high intensity. This is the CrossFit formula for success. Our goal at CrossFit Imbue is to incorporate and improve your ten domains of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy through safe and functional movements. Whether a novice or advance athlete our programming’s goal is to raise your level of fitness and health. You will be encouraged by the efforts of those around you and inspired to return to the box. All classes are instructed by certified CrossFit coaches with the goal of safety, longevity, and health of all our members.

Judith Pyles has had a passion for physical fitness and outdoor activities since her youth. Running a family landscape business provided her with a core strength that she applies daily. Her passion for traditional strength training crossed over to mix-martial arts and jujitsu which lead her to explore the world of boxing. She became a Georgia Games Champion and National Champion in 2000 as an amateur boxer. Converting her passion for boxing into firefighting, Jude became a Firefighter/EMT in 2003 serving the Daytona Beach Community. In that time, she became an avid mountain climber, rock climber, and caver throughout the United States.
