Our mission is to provide a variety of choices to help you find the FUN in fitness. Our indoor group classes include a fitness boot camp style class, yoga, kickboxing and Zumba. Outdoor activities like sunset workouts, group runs & bicycle rides and beach yoga give you a chance to combine our beautiful weather with friends, fitness and FUN!
We don’t believe in locking you into a long term commitment so we give you lots of ways to pay for your classes. Pay per class, 10 Class Cards (with no expiration date) and Monthly Pre-Pay options are all available.

Tom & Jodi Milner, a husband-wife team, established Seriously FUN Fitness using their collective 40+ years of experience in fitness, dance, martial arts & yoga.
After working hard to make other people’s businesses successful for many years, they came up with a list of what worked well and set about changing and discarding old systems and beliefs that didn’t make sense to create a new way of bringing health, happiness and wellness to as many people as possible.
The variety of class types are designed to keep people motivated, challenged and interested in making long term healthy choices while the non-traditional approach to paying for training allows people to choose when and how to pay. With no long term commitments, clients must CHOOSE to commit to their fitness goals each month while Instructors must work hard to EARN that commitment with consistent, quality programming. It’s a Win/Win situation for everyone.
ThomasR has been in the fitness industry since 1978 and he is still having FUN!! His energy & enthusiasm are contagious. You never what exactly what he will come up with next but you can be sure it will challenge and strengthen you.
His experience in fitness includes traditional weight lifting, running, yoga, HIIT, triathlon training, suspension training, biomechanics of resistance training and good old-fashioned body weight training. Plus, he is constantly adding to his skill set with continuous education to ensure his fitness programming is up to date and effective for each and every client.
Tom teaches the Head-to-Toe Conditioning Program classes, KickBox FIRE and YogaFlow classes. He also leads the Group Runs, Group Bicycle Rides and Sunset Workouts.
