I have 14 years of experience as a personal trainer with thousands of clients including professional sports teams and athletes. Although I am not a physical or massage therapist, the techniques I use parallel the latest physical therapy techniques. I research and test the newest information and techniques in the physical therapy and fitness fields in order to maintain the highest standards in strength training.
