Manual resistance and Pilates techniques that require little space and equipment. Experts agree that manual methods are the best but there are very few that use them. This special blend of fitness is one of a kind.Established in 2008.While attending University of Pennsylva, I was recruited by Fitness Factory which merged with Main Line Health and Fitness. My work experience included Elaine Powers, London Workout & Renfrew Center. During the time that I created and instructed classes at the M.L.H.&F., I was approached by individuals who wanted in – home training. After many personal training, manual resistance, Pilates and injury prevention workshops and certs., I started to change my style of training into something unique. I worked at local personal training studios but my clients felt less focused in those places then in their own homes ( trainers would be next to you trying to talk over each other in order to train their people). I decided to take the Main Line Pa. by storm with results through in – home visits!

ReneeFit. summs it up! When I was a kid, my dad took me to his buddies homes. “Bet my daughter can do more push ups then your son.” he’d laugh. Jr. then came out and began to struggle on number 9. “O.K. that’s enough, Renee” he would say as I eased through a perfect 10th set of 10. No one could do more pull ups, etc. than me. Every year Mr. Zimmerman would come to my door saying “Today is the hoola – hoop contest, would you please be in it.?””Why do you go to a gym to get fit?” I always asked people. Then they thought it was hilarious that after I said it, I wound up working at Elaine Powers. With my natural rythm and passion for dance though, they all said I fit right in. There were weights there when I worked at Elaine Powers and also an extensive training program designed by Joanie Greggans.Studying at the University of Pennsylvania, plus an enormous amount of work experience got me even more into health and fitness. I always did believe you could do it at home.
