Kettlebell Cardio (C) – Mainly the focus of this class is on the kettlebell swing and snatch techniques which burn the most calories. It is a great way to lose weight.Kettlebell Power ( P ) – This class contains a wide variety of kettlebell techniques(lift, press, squat, clean, tgu, snatch, swing, etc.) It is for getting stronger and informed about our training method.
Kettlebell Skill ( S ) – It is a great opportunity to learn more about kettlebell techniques with more details and trouble-shootings, learning movements, get a proper posture.
Rope workout – It is an excellent opportunity to burn the most calories in a short period of time with using only the simplest tool in your hands, the battlerope.
The Hun workout – It is good combination of different methods with kettlebell, conditioning rope, own body weight exercise and practicing some boxing skills also.
Bootcamp I-II. – These classes can fit into 30 min to an hour depending on the level of the intensity. Recommended for very determined candidates with nicely set goals to reach.
Self defense for women – This class is a great approach of how to be ready for an unexpected attack from any opponent or how to defend yourself in any situation.
Yoga – The main focus is on developing great inner health through practicing different asanas (poses).
