FIT Method 413 what’s created out-of-a necessity have a middle-ground between cross fit gyms and colorful theories. Our method is straight forward and to the point.

We base are methodology on three components: Circuit training, Slow burn cardio, and proper nutrition. We combine functional training and traditional training in a circuit training mode. Our workout consists of three circuits, and three rounds which last approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Give us the benefit of the doubt. We won’t disappoint you.

J.T. holds multiple certifications in fitness and personal training, nutrition, and life coaching. Among his accreditations are ACE, IFPA, NASM, IPEC Certified Professional Life Coach (with specialization in health and wellness), and he is also a Certified Health Counselor.
