Core Martial Arts offers the fusion of techniques from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, and various other systems to create a well rounded martial artist. We offer classes for ages 5 and up! For our adult classes, we offer a few different options. You could choose from our Adult Kick Boxing and Self Defense classes which teaches traditional martial art techniques and Kick boxing or our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, which teaches take downs and grappling techniques. Or even train in both styles and cover all ranges of defense and combat!
Core Martial Arts is a skill based program that focuses on building strength, speed, coordination, accuracy and balance which are the foundations of any great Black Belt. Along with the multi-disciplined curriculum, classes are taught in a high energy, safe and fun way, developing students from the inside out. Leadership, confidence, focus and self discipline are a very important part of what Core Martial Arts is all about.
