One on One Personal Training:
– Includes a one hour session with just you and the trainer.
– Customized to your needs (gaining lean muscle, weight loss or athletic training)
– Benefit of this type of training is you have complete one on one attention.
-Trainer will do an extensive health and fitness evaluation which include a full body composition (weight, and body fat analysis).
-Trainer will design a workout program especially for you.
-Workout last for 60 minutes and includes functional, hiit, and circuit training.
-Partnered up with 2 to 3 people before class.
-Move through different stations together alternating between different exercises and or obstacles, some of these are done individually and some will require partners.
-Great way to meet new friends, keep each other motivated and have fun with exercise in a positive environment. -Conducted in a non-competitive environment where everyone can go at their own individual pace, it is not race.

True Grit Fit is a fitness Studio in the South Tampa district that was established in May 2014. We are a Marine Corps Veteran owned company that specialize in Boot Camps, Personal Training, and Group Training.
Since opening our doors to the public we have had the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing people and friendships have been made that will last a lifetime.
Most recently we have become the official sponsor, coaches and hosting site for the Special Olympics powerlifting team. It has been 10 years since Special Olympics Hillsborough County has had a Power Lifting team in the area. We feel truly honored to be part of this wonderful organization.
