BodyTrac sessions are made for all levels of fitness. You’ll start with 30 minutes of heart rate training effortlessly monitored with MyZone technology while you’re on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike followed by 30 minutes of customized strength training with a highly qualified personal trainer. Each session is tailored to meet you at your current fitness level and challenge you just enough to push your limits in the safest and most effective way of reaching your health and fitness goals.

Corey’s life has revolved around fitness. In high school it was participating in sports. In college it was learning about the human body & performance and BS in Biology (SUNY Oswego) and Exercise Science (USF). He is now pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Training the human body is a lifelong passion for Corey. He started training people as a high school Wrestling coach. During his time in the Army, Corey trained his team as an NCO in 3rd Ranger Battalion.Here he fell in love with healing people through exercise while going through physical therapy following a shoulder injury and subsequent surgery.
From there he pursued his degree in Exercise Science where he became a strength coach with a local strength and conditioning gym. He has many years of experience training a multitude of populations ranging from the general population to Olympic and professional athletes.
